The grinding brush rollers used in PCB manufacturing process can be divided into two categories according to their functions: grinding brush rollers and cleaning brush rollers, while grinding brush rollers account for the vast majority. Cleaning brush rollers are used only after final cleaning or grinding of finished products. The number of cleaning brush rollers is relatively small, so they are collectively referred to as grinding brush rollers.

Grinding brush rollers can be divided into three categories according to the material used: nylon needle brush rollers, non-woven brush rollers and ceramic brush rollers. They have their own characteristics in application.

Nylon needle brushing roller, as the earliest brushing roller for PCB manufacturing profession, has a long history. According to the different manufacturing process, it can be divided into five types: steel belt surround type, weaving type, slotted embedded type, circular hole embedded type and rubber board embedded type. The nylon needle brushes manufactured by our company are made of steel belt surround type, weaving type and circular hole embedded technology. These three processes can not only ensure the density of nylon needle brush, but also control the uniformity of nylon needle brush, thus completely satisfying the different needs of various customers.
